HORTICULTURE
Horticulture is learning about plants and how to care for them. Each month at the club meeting, we share our best specimens to compete in the different classes of plants. Depending on the season, this would include flowering and non-flowering plants, herbs, vegetables, cut branches as well as container grown plants. We also invite experts to talk about a range of topics, such as different types of gardens and plants and the importance of pollinators.
The gallery below represents some of the beautiful plants shared on a virtual show over the summer.
